Mattress Protector Company New Zealand is run by a small team rather than a call centre. The email address on this site reaches the people who pick and pack the orders, seven days a week, and you will usually have an answer within one business day.

We do not publish individual names, photographs or job titles, because the person who answers is whoever is at a desk. If you are chasing an order, include your order number and the email address you used at the checkout and whoever picks it up can find it straight away.

The new zealand administration office is 8 Commerce Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010, New Zealand. It is an office, not a shop, so there is nothing to visit and nothing to collect from.
