This website is an online shop. The information on it is published to help you choose a mattress protector, a bed pad or a mattress bag, and it is general information about textile products, not advice about your health, your home or your legal position.

What this site does not do

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Our products are household textiles. They are not medical devices, they do not treat, prevent or cure any condition, and they are not a substitute for seeing a doctor, a continence nurse or a pharmacist. If you are buying for incontinence, pressure care, allergy or asthma reasons, talk to a health professional about what you need and use this site only to buy the product you decide on.

Nothing on this website is advice about your mattress warranty. We say on our product pages that many mattress warranties exclude staining, because that is commonly true and it is one reason people buy a protector. We cannot tell you what your own warranty says. Read it, or ask the company that sold you the mattress.

Product information and measurements

We publish the sizes, the materials and the care instructions our supplier gives us, and the measurements shown on each product page are the ones we have been given for that item. Manufacturing tolerances mean a finished product can differ slightly from a published measurement. Where the fit matters, measure your mattress, including its depth, and compare it with the size table on the page before you order. If you are close to a limit, email us first and we will tell you what we know.

Photographs are illustrative. Colours can look different on different screens.

Availability and pricing

Prices and availability can change without notice, and a product page can be out of date for a short time after a change. The price you are charged is the price shown in the cart at the moment you pay. If we cannot supply something you have paid for, we will tell you and refund you.

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Those guarantees cannot be contracted out of where you are buying as a consumer, and nothing we write here reduces them.
